PRIDE Converter 2 is a redesign of the pride converter xml generation device. The PRIDE Converter two device is a free and open- resource suite composed of 4 independent applications:
· The PRIDE Converter two that converts MS search end result files containing identification and spectra into PRIDE XML.
· The mzTab Generator that provides skeleton mzTab files from MS research outcomes files. These skeleton files demand either manual or scripted editing to add quantitation and/or gel info.
· The XML Filter that removes identifications or spectra from PRIDE XML files primarily based on a series of configurable filters.
· The XML Merger that combines several PRIDE XML files into a single 1.
