X Lossless Decoder (also recognized as XLD) is an OS X app that will make it possible for you to change, decode and / or participate in a amount of lossless audio information.
When decoding, the X Lossless Decoder can break up the audio information into tunes with cue sheet.
The following formats are supported:
· Apple Lossless (.m4a)
· TAK (.tak) [ Requires Wine]
· Shorten (.shn) [SHN v3 only]
· AIFF, WAV, etc
