ResMap is a streamlined OS X application designed to compute the local resolution of 3D density maps studied in structural biology, primarily electron cryo-microscopy.

How to install and run: Open a Terminal window, go to ResMap's folder and run the following commands from the command line:

chmod +x ResMap-1.0.5-mac64
./ResMap-1.0.5-mac64
