Legend of the Five Rings: Character Manager is a free and open-source application that enables you to create and manage characters for the Legend of the Five Rings RPG 4th edition.

More specifically, you will be able to create PCs and NPCs and also to manage characters during playtime. The Legend of the Five Rings is a role playing game that takes place in Rokugan, a fictional place inspired by medieval Asian culture.

Legend of the Five Rings: Character Manager is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. Binaries for the Windows and Linux platforms are available on the project's homepage.
