SIPVicious is a free and open source pack of tools for auditing SIP based VoIP systems.



SIPVicious tools currently consist of:

· svmap - this is a sip scanner. Lists SIP devices found on an IP range

· svwar - identifies active extensions on a PBX

· svcrack - an online password cracker for SIP PBX

· svreport - manages sessions and exports reports to various formats

· svcrash - attempts to stop unauthorized svwar and svcrack scans



SIPVicious is cross-platform and has been tested on the following systems:

· Mac OS X

· Linux

· Windows

· FreeBSD 6.2

· Jailbroken iPhone with python installed

Requirements:

· Python 2.4 or later

· Feature: INVITE sends a BYE and supports ACK
· Feature: man pages can be produced with --manpage and man pages are included
· Bug fix: removed fingerprinting completely
· Change: moved pptable.py and svhelper to libs/
· Change: Number of changes to adhere to Debian's guidelines (copyright/license notices etc)
· Bug fix: fixed an svcrack unhandled exception
